They do the exact same movement and they both say "This is gonna be my greatest victory ever, defeat my evil twin!".
Warner's Peter Griffin has a special intro when in a mirror match. 
20000, a character made by Ironcommando, has an intro where Actarus' Peter Griffin and the below-par Bender get brutally murdered as 20000 comes onto the scene. Peter Griffin is also an attack assist for Donalddesu's Ronald McDonald. It also has a special intro against some female characters where he asks if they want to go out some time, then suddenly, Peter becomes angry waiting for a response, and flips the female off. Peter Griffin (Judgespear's version) and Homer Simpson (Team SMRT's version) have a special intro. Capcom styled gameplay and quite the heavy hitter, and once he's done with combos, you can say they're pretty freakin' sweet. Bet your life there's something killing you. 
This version of the icon family guy heavily utilizes Marvel vs. Not sure why you deleted the old topic but this still goes in edits, I'm afraid.
